Kimberley is Irish ladies’ best shot at Home Countries International

Flogas-sponsored Kimberley Irwin won the Irish Ladies High Gun Award at the NSK Home Countries International Clay Pigeon Tournament in Millford, Co. Donegal on 22nd and 23rd August 2014. She was presented with the award for achieving the highest score on the Irish ladies team.

Kimberley, who hails from Drogheda, is having a top class year in her new sport of Clay Pigeon shooting; she is now the Ladies Irish Open Champion, the Ladies Ulster Open Champion, the Ladies Meath Champion and the Ladies Leinster League Champion.

Kimberley said, “My ambition this year was to represent Ireland at the Home Countries International so I was very proud to be selected and even prouder to have achieved the highest score on the ladies team. The competition standard was top notch at the Home Countries International and we didn’t win this year so that will give something to aim for in future years!”
