Johnny Bolger said, “Apart from being very striking to look at, the new Gaslight cylinders are also extremely practical. Because of their semi- translucent exterior, I no longer have to worry about running out of gas when the shops are closed as I can see exactly how much gas I have left. I’m a fan!”

Johnny, who has been with Club some 16 years, reported a major interest in the new cylinders from those holidaying in the grounds of the hotel, especially the fact that it was so lightweight. “I have some semi-retired members who are finding the heavier bottles a bit more awkward to manage and was really keen to find out more about the new Gaslights.”

Founded in 1971, the Irish Camping and Caravan Club is Ireland’s largest voluntary organisation for those interested in camping and caravanning. It organises social meets and rallies for its 500 family memberships all year round throughout Ireland.

Mike Murphy, local Flogas representative, said, “We’re delighted that the new Gaslight cylinders have gone down so well with such an experienced group like the Irish Camping and Caravan Club. They are as safe as steel and won’t leave rust marks on patios or decks. They also fit all leading brands of LPG appliances, making it ideal for caravans, campervans and motor homes as well as barbeques and patio heaters.”

The new Flogas Gaslight cylinders are available in 5kg and 10Kg sizes in selected outlets nationwide. For a list of retailers in your area or to purchase online, go to www.flogas.ie/ gaslight
