There wasn’t a ‘sticky wicket’ in sight or even the danger of a ‘leg before wicket’ as John Rooney(centre) managing director of Flogas Ireland stepped out onto the immaculate grounds of Balbriggan Cricket Club in North Dublin to announce that Ireland cricketers John Mooney (left) and Kevin O’Brien are now brand ambassadors for Flogas Ireland. Flogas is the Official Energy Partner for Cricket Ireland, the sport’s governing body.
John Rooney said:
